Spring 2025 Late Start Classes Still Available: It’s not too late to enroll and stay on track toward your academic goals. Spring late-start options, are still open for registration. Don’t miss this chance to build your skills, earn credits, and move closer to graduation. See what's still available.
Friday, Jan. 30, 2025: Last day to add regular session classes in-person with an instructor-issued permission number on an Add Card.
Sunday, Feb. 2, 2025: Last day to add regular session classes online with an instructor-issued permission number. Short-term and open-entry classes must be dropped within the first 10% of the course to receive a refund.
February 14th & 17th: Presidents' Birthday – Holiday Observance
Are you in your final semester or getting close to graduation? Please make an appointment with a counselor ASAP to review if you're ready for a Certificate or Degree Evaluation Petition or to get assistance with updating your Student Education Plan (SEP) with the remaining requirements. The deadline to petition to graduate is Friday, March 14, 2025.

Recent Happenings
Laney College’s Carpentry Program's Tiny Home Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony!
Laney’s Carpentry students have been hard at work designing and building 200 sq. ft. energy-efficient tiny homes. This project not only provides a unique living experience but also contributes to addressing housing insecurity in our communities.
The current tiny home was donated to the Winnemem Wintu Tribe to support a land steward/caretaker. This partnership reflects a shared commitment to sustainable living and preserving cultural heritage.
One-Stop Saturday
Employees, students, and community members came together to make the day a huge success. From enrollment assistance to program exploration, the event was packed with opportunities for everyone.
