Reminders & Announcements
September 1st: Labor Day – Holiday Observance
September 2nd: Deadline to fill out your FAFSA or CADAA to be eligible for a Cal Grant and get the most aid possible.
September 26th: Last Day to Withdraw with a Grade of W
October 6th: Fall 10-Week Session Begins
October 10th: Last Day to File Petitions for AA or AS Degree/Certificate
October 15th: Professional Development Day – No Classes
Did you know you could get an AC Transit EasyPass after enrolling in at least 6 units of classes within the Peralta College District? AC Transit EasyPass allows you to ride the bus throughout the East Bay and Transbay bus line. Follow the steps below to get your AC Transit EasyPass.
Enroll in at least 6 units of classes within Peralta College District.
Pay the $46.46 pass fee (your financial aid package may already cover this).
Bring your student ID to the Cashier’s Office in the Admissions and Records office and enjoy unlimited bus rides this semester with AC Transit.
[This card can be picked up any time throughout the semester and AUTOMATICALLY REUPLOADS as long as you are taking AT LEAST 6 UNITS Please note that it will take 10 business days for your AC Transit Card to arrive at our Cashier’s Office. All Peralta campuses offer programs to access food and other basic needs resources! If you're a Laney student taking at least one class at another campus, you can access their resources with your Laney Student ID!
