Fall semester is almost here, and Laney is gearing up to welcome students back to campus! Whether you’re returning for another semester or joining us for the first time, there are plenty of opportunities over the next few weeks to get prepared, get connected, and get the support you need.
Now is the time to finalize your schedule, take care of any remaining enrollment tasks, and get familiar with the resources available to you. From extended student support hours and Express Enrollment to Eagle Launch and new online support, we’re making it easier to get ready for the semester ahead.
The Fall semester begins August 24th. We can’t wait to see you on campus!
Student Support Week: Extended Hours
August 17th – September 11th
Need help getting ready for Fall? Student services will offer extended hours, including evening availability, to give you more time to get the support you need. Connect with Admissions & Records, Financial Aid, Counseling, the Cashier’s Office and other student services.
New to Laney and not sure where to start? August 18th or 19th A quick orientation-style introduction to Laney, important dates, programs, services and resources.
Want more preparation for college? A short course designed to help new students learn how to navigate college and use Laney resources.

Football Is Back at Laney!
The Laney Eagles kick off the 2026 football season at home on August 27! Come out to Eagles Stadium and show your Laney pride as the Eagles take on Monterey College under the lights.

Five home games are on the schedule this season, with matchups against Monterey College, Santa Rosa Junior College, San Jose City College, American River College, and College of the Redwoods.
